2. Mix the slaw and sliced red onions together
3. Toast bun
4. Spread vegan mayo on the base
5. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato
6. Top with buttermilk burger and vegan cheese slice
7. Drizzle BBQ sauce over bun lid and place on top of burger
