Quorn Meatless Burger


  • Quorn Vegan Crispy Burger
  • Vegan Brioche Burger Bun
  • 20ml Vegan Mayo
  • 1 x Vegan Cheese Slice
  • 20ml BBQ Sauce
  • 40g Prepared Coleslaw Mix
  • 10g Sliced Red Onion
  • 10g Iceberg Lettuce – Shredded
  • 15g Tomato – Sliced


1. Fry the Quorn vegan buttermilk style burger for 6.5 mins at 180°C

2. Mix the slaw and sliced red onions together

3. Toast bun

4. Spread vegan mayo on the base

5. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato

6. Top with buttermilk burger and vegan cheese slice

7. Drizzle BBQ sauce over bun lid and place on top of burger
